	2008 INSCRIPTIONS DEAR CANADIAN PRE BREEDERS: We are very pleased to inform you that the LIBRO GENEALOGICO / ANCCE has started to process our Canadian inscriptions. There were 36 pending Canadian inscriptions since October 2007, and on Monday July the 21st, we started to receive the pre inscription kits from ANCCE. So far we have received 16 blood cards and pre inscription forms. The LIBRO GENEALOGICO / ANCCE assures us that they will send us the passports / Cartas no longer than a month after we submit the forms properly filled out by the authorized veterinarians in Canada. We wholeheartedly encourage you to send to CAPREH your Service Applications and a copy of the Cover Certificate and Certificate of Birth for all horses you want to Inscribe. It appears, that we can now trust ANCCE to give the Canadian PRE Breeders the service we have been waiting for so long to receive. The Canadian Association for the PRE horses renews its commitment to serve the Canadian breeders in all their registration needs and as their representatives to the administrators of the Spanish Horse Stud Book. 	2007 INSCRIPTIONS Dear PRE breeder: As of September 10^th, 2007, we are now in the position to processes the Inscription of all the PRE horses in Canada, on behalf of the Libro Genealogico/ANCCE. The requirements to successfully inscribe an animal in the Spanish Stud Book are: 1) Initial Farm Report - Listing all the animals owned by the applicant Breeder. 2) Proof of ownership of all listed animals. 3) International Service Application (The blank form is available under the heading “forms” at www.capreh.com) - Correctly and completely filled. Code 103 is for Inscriptions. 4) Photocopy of the original Cover Certificate. 5) Payment to CAPREH of $ 240.00 Canadian Dollars in a Certified check or money order. 6) Name and address of the veterinarian who may conduct the process of identification for the purpose of Inscription. (The list of trained and authorized Veterinarians is at the bottom of this notice.) The above documents and payment should be sent to: CAPREH Canadian Association for the PRE Horse. Box 2934 Wainwright AB T9W 1S8 Once al the documents and payment are received by CAPREH, they will be sent to the LG ANCCE who in return will send the following: 1) Preinscription Form, with the information regarding the animal for which Inscription has been requested. 2) Microchip. 3) Blood Sample Cards. Two this year, one for the animal to be inscribed, and one for its mother. When the above three items are received by CAPREH, they will be forwarded to the veterinarian that the applicant would have chosen. Note: The Inscription should be processed before 6 months of the life of the animal and before weaned from its mother. In 2007, there will not be penalties charged for extemporary Inscriptions.
